A pile of manure has been delivered to both main car parks. The cost for plotholders is 75p per barrowload. Please make your payments to any committee member.
Water
The mains water supply to the site will be turned off for the winter from Thursday, October 1.
Annual meeting
Unfortunately, the latest government restrictions mean we cannot hold a normal AGM this year.
However, association secretary Pearl Barton will be sending out last year’s AGM minutes and other relevant documents to all plot holders at the beginning of October.
If there’s anything you want the committee to note or any comments you wish to make, please email them to pearlygran@yahoo.co.uk by October 3 so she can include them.
Although most members of the committee have agreed to stand again, they would also like to see new members joining. If you are interested please contact pearlygran@yahoo.co.uk
Plot inspections
The next plot inspections are due to take place in the first week of October.
