You need to hurry if you want to order goods from the Kings Seed Catalogue and earn yourself a discount. Tomorrow is the last day for orders to be accepted.
If you haven’t already done so please hand your order to Pearl Barton, plot 21b or 22b, or to Tony Fursland, plot 60 (Allotment plot map).
Do you need a base for your water butt? If so, there’s one going free. To find out more, contact Richard at 49 Telegraph Road or call him on 01304 721504.
*Sorry, the base has now gone.
That’s the night when there will be a bonfire and fireworks at the allotments.
The fun event will take place at chairman Tony Fursland’s plot (no 60, Allotment plot map), starting at 6pm on Saturday, November 4.
All plot holders and their families are invited.
These strawberry plants are on offer free of charge. If you want any, please help yourself.
You will find them in the cold frame and bucket (next to the blue butt) on Plot 15( Allotment plot map ).
Plot fees are due at the beginning of November (Rules) but you can pay at the annual general meeting on Monday (Annual General Meeting) if you want.
The committee is not intending to raise the fees for the coming year so they look set to remain at £25 for a full plot and £12.50 for a half plot.
You can also place your Kings Seed Catalogue (Planning For Next Year) order at the meeting.
